Judge Marsha Revel issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest and set bail at $100,000 after she failed to show up in court this morning. The judge said that Lohan can post bail and remain free until her next court hearing if she; stays clean, takes random drug tests and wears a SCRAM bracelet.
Lilo is supposedly stuck in Cannes after having her passport stolen, but Revel wasn't buying the excuse, telling Lohan's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, that the actress has a history of missing scheduled appointments
